I joined Infoquest, an Expert Network, a while ago as an associate/founding member, and after a few weeks, I started discerning the key qualities that make a successful associate. There are many, yet I can summarize them into the following:

We are also flexible; every client is unique, and our role and added value is to adapt to their personalized requirements and match them with the right expert in the right time frame. This requires a flexible approach and the ability to think creatively to find solutions to their problems.
